CCTV cameras are not new and we get used to seeing them all over the place as businesses and homeowners seek to protect their properties. They are also installed for law enforcement purposes to catch speeding motorists, for example. Creatures – A camera set up to film a public park recorded some truly strange footage that has been shared across the world. Odd looking creatures with tiny heads and unusually long legs can be seen walking across the park in the middle of the night. Some people call these creatures ‘nightcrawlers’. Now, that is the kind of footage to give you nightmares!
Ghosts – A lot of the supposed footage of the paranormal actually comes from security cameras installed in locations such as elevators and hotel corridors, for example. One instance in Japan caused a huge fright to two businessmen as they were exiting an elevator. Out of nowhere, an old lady hunched over is seen slowly following them out of the lift. Unwanted guests – One of the weirdest things ever caught on camera was that of a woman who was climbing through the vents of an apartment and would creep down at night and steal food from the fridge! The man who lived there thought he had racoons so set up cameras to see who the culprit was. As soon as he saw the footage, he reported it to the police who came and removed the lady from his property!
